The hotel rooms were efficient but lacked counter space in the bathroom. The location, while convenient, had some construction ongoing, yet offered a cozy 'home' feeling and easy access to various local shops and restaurants. The service was good overall, although some room for improvement in terms of knowledge and efficiency. The dining experience was satisfactory with a decent complimentary breakfast and reasonably priced menu options.
The hotel rooms were small but extremely clean, providing yummy comfort without the antiseptic smell. Despite being next door to a raucous event until 10 PM, the huge and clean rooms were easy to access.
My stay at Hotel Florence was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, although a bit on the expensive side. The restaurant on-site provided one of the most enjoyable meals I had during my time in Florence. The staff was excellent, making my visit truly memorable.
